A obsessão do défice e o fetiche da austeridade orçamental acabarão por condenar as economias europeias no médio prazo. A doença é imune ao remédio que lhe querem aplicar, antes se alimenta e fortalece. Está na altura de abandonar os dogmas e ponderar outras terapias.
